Shipping

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note there are delays due to Covid-19 lockdowns and the postal services are working as hard to get your orders out as so as they possibly can.  

New Zealand Shipping Rates 

Flat rate shipping (Tracked and signature) via Courier Post:

International Shipping 

Unfortunately at this time we do not offer international shipping. This is something we want to work on offering for the future but the costs of shipping is a bit much for our small business, thanks for understanding!

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 72 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 11 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at yogiimats@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
